1) Few Employee benefits can be improved in comparison with the market. 2) No transport facility for travelling.

As a US Recruiter I completely worked on Non-IT/IT requirements. Having working experience with all kinds of visa holders. Experienced in Full life cycle recruiting.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
