Very open culture and management. You are free to approach anyone at any level with any problem that you have and everyone is very co-operative. There is a family-like atmosphere and no politics. Tremendous opportunity for working with cutting edge technology as the projects are very interesting and exploring new technologies all the time. Salary is better than industry average

Dislikes

You cannot change your project every year - but I understand it is necessary for continuity for the client. It may happen around 2-3 years.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
