There is poor co-operation from team mates. There is training in this co. but in effective. But job security is good. Carrier growth is very poor. I my self worked as addl. asst. engineer for 17 years, but there is no promotion till retirement. Now paying salary on reasonable rate. previously it is not there. Travel to be conducted in the vicinity of 100 k.m radius Politics will takes place among graduate engineers and diploma engineers, though both of them do the same nature of work on career growth. Learning from seniors is very little. But experience make us to be an efficient. Work environment is not satisfactory. Innovation in power sector is beyond our aspirations. Dislikes

There are frequent fatal accidents in this company. These accidents are due to negligence of the staff as well as department. This can be averted by using hydraulic power lift vehicles in the area of line break downs. The shift operators in 33/11k.v and 132 k.v substations should be properly educated and trained on causes of fatal accidents.
