It was good working experience. The Management were supportive and open to new ideas. The teammates were good and support each other. However there is need a lot for improvement in policies, work culture, skill development and learning.

Dislikes

The CEO and EDs come from different Banks and their left over service also very low. They try to implement their own Bank Bank culture and policies. That is why the Bank does not keep pace to co-up with the new challenges.

Jobe was interesting. I got lot of opportunities to work in different capacities cultures and states. Overall it was satisfying

With all limitation of a PSB, on account of good network of branches spread over length and breadth of County, the business mix of bank is nice. Approach of top management needs improvement as what I felt, instead of working for bank, many of them are working for few superiors. Trainings are very good with good opportunity for career growth. With lots of innovations and innovative products, bank which was a number uno in past slipped but if properly handled, with present workforce the bank can achieve its past glory. Banking is a challenging job where you need to know all aspect of business, Govt policies and schemes, customer satisfaction, political interference, giving loan to its recovery and what not with a very limited number of workforce.

It was really pleasure to with such a multi cultured organization. It is the team that make things happen as desired. We are free to create our own style of functioning which paves way for team building and achieving goal. Compensation was decent and at par with peers. Career path was not consistent and seniority was relegated which affected the deserving seniors
