working is centaur is like working in a frenchise company. there is complete dictatorship by the president. In kashmir paticularly they are complete frenchise operation, only Sales manager (S.N Rizvi) controling all divisions. The same person is the super stockist of centaur. Field force does not know scheme or other things. in short i will suggest working in centaur is waste of time.

Dislikes

I completely dislike the dictatorship by the president (Handa).And paticularly the unethical working procedure at Kashmir.

Yearly increment getting below the industrial standard & late. Even though working long period you will not getting promotions you have to wait more than 5 year to get one promotion. No getting leave when employee required. Hr are not side of employees. Work culture not good, Red tape like work culture. Managers can humility their employees.

Engineering team is good Head of engineering is good decision maker and very good guidance and problem solving during any type of work in the premises.
