The CEO has exhibited questionable practices, including repeated delays and non-payment of salaries, often attributing this to reasons such as business shortfalls or banking issues. Promised payments were frequently postponed without sufficient explanations, and communication regarding payroll and other matters was inconsistent. Additionally, while HR is intended to support employees, my experience was that concerns were often disregarded or met with significant delays.
