I felt good to work with this organisation because there is always innovative things comes or suggest from the management to learn and work over that. Company working atmosphere is very good.all the seniors and reporting manager are very cooperative.self appraisal up to date and about to 10-15%.overall ceinsys tech is very good company for working.

I think they could improve their communication channels for hierarchy.i would like see them invest more in employee training to enhance engineers.
