Fraudulent Handling of EPF:** One of the most alarming aspects of my employment was the apparent mishandling of the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) at CEDCOSS Technologies. There were instances that raised serious concerns about the transparency and legitimacy of the company's approach to employee benefits, potentially bordering on fraudulent practices. **2. Chronic Salary Delays:** The regularity of late salary disbursals at CEDCOSS Technologies was a constant source of frustration. It created an environment of financial uncertainty and discomfort, impacting not only my personal finances but also the overall morale of the workforce. Timely salary payments are a fundamental aspect of any reputable organization, and CEDCOSS Technologies failed to meet this basic standard consistently. **3. Stagnant Compensation:** Despite my dedication and hard work, there were no increments in my salary throughout my tenure at CEDCOSS Technologies. This lack of recognition for employees' contributions is not only demoralizing but also indicative of a company that does not value its workforce. **4. Elusive Experience Letter:** Upon resigning and providing a relieving letter, CEDCOSS Technologies shockingly refused to issue an experience letter. This blatant disregard for a fundamental employment document left me in a professional limbo, hindering my prospects in the job market. **5. HR Department as Enforcers:** The HR department at CEDCOSS Technologies, instead of serving as a bridge between employees and the company, acted more like enforcers. Coercive Tactics for FNF Clearance:** To exacerbate matters, the HR department at CEDCOSS Technologies insisted they wouldn't clear my Full and Final settlement without an additional payment, despite the clear terms outlined in the relieving letter I had dutifully signed. Blame Game with "Human Error":** The ultimate insult came when CEDCOSS Technologies attributed my termination to a vague "human error."
