There is no management driven process. Every decision is taken by only so called seniors. If senior likes you, you are safe and if not, they will open the exit door of the company. There is no value of your work. At the time of appraisal they say we can't give you increment this and that. Even many employees got layed off at the time of appraisal. Try not to join this senior's company.

Chronic Salary Delays:** The regularity of late salary disbursals at CEDCOSS Technologies was a constant source of frustration.
