The company expects a huge workload to be completed in very little time. During the training period, weekly tasks are treated as daily tasks. The company has no concept of job security; employees can be let go at any time. Recognition or praise is not part of their vocabulary. HR seems to exist in a world of their own, indifferent to employee concerns. There are no fun activities or a 'Fun Friday' because the company is reluctant to spend money on such initiatives. Regardless of whether you work for a year or ten, the company won't provide any significant salary increment. Only those who constantly flatter the company have a place in it. There were a wide variety of projects to work on and catering to a client base covering different regions across the world. For someone in marketing or content a good way to develop a skill set of different geographic regions. Plus the promotion were good, at least in the initial years they were but in my final years the promotion also were moderate only.
No work life balance, no sense of ethical understanding shown by the management. HR department was useless, more like a puppet with no regards for the employees. The worst thing is you can be fired in a minute without any heads up, without any notice period, without any severance package. Salary was also below the market range but ok for lucknow.

You'll learn a lot. Because you'll be given a lot of work. For freshers it's okay. But for experienced I don't think they will want to be a part of this organization because here this is often see something that can be explained like this: "this is how it has been happening forever"
The company culture is not good. Office politics is seen in almost every department. Seniors often micromanage. Anyone with a growth mindset would move out within a few years.

In initial phase, learning is vero good, I repeat in initial phase only.
There is no management driven process. Every decision is taken by only so called seniors. If senior likes you, you are safe and if not, they will open the exit door of the company. There is no value of your work. At the time of appraisal they say we can't give you increment this and that. Even many employees got layed off at the time of appraisal. Try not to join this senior's company.

Fraudulent Handling of EPF:** One of the most alarming aspects of my employment was the apparent mishandling of the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) at CEDCOSS Technologies. There were instances that raised serious concerns about the transparency and legitimacy of the company's approach to employee benefits, potentially bordering on fraudulent practices. **2. Chronic Salary Delays:** The regularity of late salary disbursals at CEDCOSS Technologies was a constant source of frustration. It created an environment of financial uncertainty and discomfort, impacting not only my personal finances but also the overall morale of the workforce. Timely salary payments are a fundamental aspect of any reputable organization, and CEDCOSS Technologies failed to meet this basic standard consistently. **3. Stagnant Compensation:** Despite my dedication and hard work, there were no increments in my salary throughout my tenure at CEDCOSS Technologies.
