This is a review based on last two years experience where Senior Leadership and ELT are awesome in Customer Operations starting from Director and level above it. However, the management level between TL and Director which are precisely Operations Managers are extremely poor. They never knew what they are doing however due to excellent communication skills were able to portrait an excellent image. People with intimidating characters who often use to threaten people of losing jobs. Ideas stating that MS Excel and Word are out of date applications in today's world. Never knew what is the difference between a business process and what is procedure. Incapable of identifying right KPIs for team or even never knew what KPIs are. Never even heard about process audits which then made them fail when the actual audit happened. This made people lose their jobs as the process was outsourced after audit failures. Few legacy systems which need to stay in-house have made people survive over a period of time. Ofcourse, ELT has played a phenomenal role on saving the people from losing their jobs as much as they can just because a level lower than them were highly incompetent....Read More

Please see the "Likes" section. An added comment as there is always a proximity level of everything. If business is working good in the current infrastructure at proximity level then without improving the infrastructure, leaders must not think of improvising the process. Else you will end up spilling over which will be difficult to collate.

I cannot remember one day where I haven't regretted joining the company ....it felt like going to a hostel where u have no rights to do anything that u have in any other organizations. Nothing best as I remember. Or know

I disliked the project atmosphere that I was put in .. it felt like a typical Indian company where the manager is so with downgraded rules where employees are not allowed to discuss with their fellow people. The surprise element comes where two people from the same team will not dare to talk on the floor just because the manager thinks it's a gossip session . Seriously everyone who owns job is a professional who have their own values to follow . Other companies trust there employees whereas here the manager uses the word "SHAME" on the people who work hard to get a recognition to the company more than them. In the first month of me joining the company there were many people who were working there for quite sometime advising me to take a second thought . Which employee degrades their company they are working .. I feel the manager need to change the attitude and mindset .
