Have been working here for more than 2 years. Growth within the company is really good if you perform well. Challenging day-to-day tasks, so you'll learn something new everyday. Everyone's approachable and the work culture ir really cool. Flexible working hours. You don't have to worry about typical 9-5 timings as long as you're getting the work done. My most fav part: TGIF meetings.

Dislikes

HR department could improve. Delay in getting formal paperwork done when someone new is onboarded , or someone is promoted, or someone switches for better opportunities.
