I am not satisfied as the reason is there is no employment satisfaction and after leaving the company due to serious issues again they do not take employees as they are abscond. I don't think that its the best place to work where management is not understanding the person who is in need of job and already worked with them for at least 1.5 years with no negative performance towards company.
