I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Salary point of view time to time. Organisation is very nice but inside people their having own worst decisions company having bad name.

Culture is worst and nobody knows the knowledge in GMP & GLP activities at QC & QA departments. Present QC head culture less, egoistic and cast feeling he doesn't suitable for pharma field.
