In sales, salary and perks are good.

Dislikes

No job security, No respect for employees and there is no work life balance. If you are a married person you wont be able to spare time for your family. No fixed holidays. Its not the best place to work for a long time due to the above reasons. There is no log off time as you will find yourself working for even upto 10pm in most of the time

They make employees work overtime without any extra pay and they don't care about their employees. According to me it's just a profit oriented company and doesn't care about employees. The pay scale is very low. I will never recommend this company to someone for working even though for purchasing as well.

Less micro-management by leaders. Cohesive work environment across teams. Fun at work approach. Since there is less micro-management and more hands-on work, you tend to learn immensely and subsequently gain on the skills.

Dislikes

Company's plan last for 2-3 years and once they change, the people are adversely affected. In short, job security takes a toll here. Founders vision is changing every 2-3 years. This is bad for the company's growth as such.

MANAGEMENT AND FOUNDERS always keen to understand how to reduce the number of employee, they fire employees but do not hire replacement and give work to existing employee, never give a good appraisal even after good rating from manager you will get 5%

I work at Cars24, my salary has been cut without any reason, and by the way, I have been terminated. The General Manager and HR of the company abused me and said that you cannot do anything
