Cars24 is trying hard to work on its notorious image of providing a bad customer experience and an even worse work culture.

Dislikes

There is lack of innovative ideas flowing through senior/mid-senior management level. Not much heed given to creativity. Decentralization of Tech./Product/Data teams at Cars24, which used to be one of the core teams, has led to deteriorating work experience for the folks. Frequently changing team structure makes for the worst kind of experience and lack of stability. There is a clear lack of intent in investing on the employees' growth. The work culture at Cars24 is terribly bad. People are mostly concerned about saving their faces, and shifting blame is the prime culture at workplace. This results in making the employees defensive in character. Another unfathomable fact is that the reporting hierarchy of many teams in Cars24 is not the same as to where their cost is associated, like a consultation firm. Having fired the lot of employees from multiple departments, and many more following voluntary separation, has left Cars24 thin on corporate manpower and quality of human resources. This might have balanced the year's PnL, but the employees who continue working at Cars24 have taken the hit in workload, the blame-game culture adds on the worsening experience of the working employees....Read More

Manager intimates you are not allowed to come in Car for work.No proper parking for staffs.No holidays allowed to take.STAFF VEHICLES GET SCRATCHED AND DAMAGED.No proper followups.They will try to push customer to buy

Tiolets are always stinking,no proper infrastucture for inventory as well as customer vehicles.Favorism is the problem with managers.They will seperate good leads and give to their prefered Car advisors

There is nothing in this company for like. Except this.....They make very good planning for termination to employees.

No job security, no promotion, no increament, managers are misusing there position, no fixed week off, no leave for emergency.

Was a relatively good company earlier, when there were structured teams. Now they have fired everyone in the name of cost cutting, and given all the hold to business team. And everything is haywire here, everyone is on the lookout, and the company knows it so it keeps on hiring. My suggestion is to think atleast 3 times before joining this place
