Guides are extremely terrible specially when husband and wife are working professionally in the same department.They just behave like illiterate and means typical language which is completely out of State.

Dislikes

Partiality specially and the thing when husband and wife is employed in the same department like chemistry.So it becomes terrible how they deal student and how they behave and insult.instead of making research goals they make conspiracies and involve student among them for their own benefit.They instigate students to complain against other teachers so that they can become associate and hod..so I respect to VC sir kindly pay attention to such things .Things are not like that..kindly arrange an online alumni meetings for PhD research scholars then we will let u know ......Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
