Nothing, they are not at all cooperative towards employees.

Please, beware before even applying here.. no work-life balance, will make you work after working hours, don't even even offer overtime but overload with work. Which makes it obvious that the work would not get completed within the working hours. They don't mention working hours on offer letter for obvious reasons. Also will make you work on gazetted holidays and won't pay a single penny for it...in the name of 2 Saturday and Sunday working. Also Saturday and Sundays are not officially mentioned in there portal..it's officially off on weekends on the portal and no pay for working on weekends....Read More

Everything, management and employees are very disgusting in heavier and too much toxic environment are there, HR team and management knows this but did nothing..... No male employee can't tolerate the harassment and the humiliation, but I seriously survive 3yrs....

Good company and overall evething is good but some senior level employees misuse her designation and harassment by seniors only own benifits that's is culture

Some seniors are harrasment of lower grade employees only own benifits that's is culture of care health HR service are very very poor.HR only listen just seniors not juniors HR department work in fingure of seniors level employees like BM ,Sr BM,Area Manager, zonal mager HR knows he is wrong but not take action

What ever people are giving 3-5 rating is extremely lie, very bad company if you go in any of the department whether IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Administration,Claim, Marketing, higher management and department heads are very bad and full of Ego. HR is puppet of Higher management and very lier and full of attitude, in every department there is policts. If you want to grow in your career don't join this company and if you join, you will face above mentioned situation and if you want to leave the company you need to serve 90 days notice period. HR will not leave before 90 days neither they allow buy out resulting you will stuck in company. Some higher management people are also resigned and left from there due to worst company policy and management attitude. If you are fresher or experienced ..
