Growth becomes flat in 2 years, nothing much changes. Business vision is not clear, whole system is on monolithic architecture and hence product divery is really slow.

Monday to Saturday work with no working hour limite just do work work and work even it's sunday holiday or anything else. Nothing the managers are not supportive, they are more interested in employees personal life. They are just running a school where whatever principal will say we have to do so. U can't even talk to your male colleagues they will judge your character according to that.

The management will not listen to you. And also Hr listens to what the managers say and the management listens to it. Whatever you do, your words have no value. Ultimately you will get upset and you will have no option. For a long time you will keep doing your job out of compulsion.

The people sitting here at the senior level have been there for a long time and have made a place for themselves.I listen to what the workers say. No one has any value here.
