There is no job security. Lot of people lost their jobs in lockdown including me. No organized work culture. Some people in the management are unfit for their positions. Hire & fire is the actual company policy, they hire more people when they need & as soon as their work finishes { Tie-ups closes with other automobile dealership} they will ask them to resign. My Personal advise even if u get good salary & position in Cardekho don't join coz you will regret afterwards. You can't expect career growth & job security here....Read More
