No personal life after joining caratlane.they want there jc to be perfect as a robot..Till last year caratlane was the best place to work but now too much pressure and no professional growth they always hire people from outside but dont want to give growth to own employees. May be caratlane is better for people who are sitting on better position but for jc Or manager they are making it more hard to work. They are paying really less as per there expectations and store work. Parameters are so high and they want us to give 12 hrs to company but dont want to pay incentives....Read More

The brand is very good but the franchise partner gives very less salary and benefits like my salary is 9000 or I am not happy at all and we also want such facilities which are provided in L-1 store of Caratlane.

Nothing is there in Caratlane as of now, there are lot of politics going on in Caratlane also there is no further learning, you can survive only if you are bootlicker. There was one Manager(Ajay) he who supports North Indian people based on that only you will get the ratings, worst fellow. After the change in management, the company has changed completely. Right now nobody takes suggestion and only criticises lower employees. Lot of attrition is happening and will continue to happen.

This caratlane mostly store is frenchise, so there is very less of chance of growth in the company, there is no any PF facility, no any gratuity facilities no any leaves encashment very low insurance amount provided, and caratlane currently male shirt colour is very disappointing seems a female colour so very dissatisfied for theseall issues.
