Capital via is a healthy work environment, healthy work life balance, and to gain good experienced and knowledge which gives a huge opportunity for a career growth and also the senior management is also involved on floor but they are so supporting and always ready to help this we can not find in max. companies.

I havent found. There is no company or firm who does not have any dislikes but what matters is the perspective so capital via has more pros then cons which can be easily ignored or we can easily neglect .

Long hours that you we have to spend. You can expect to work for one or two hours extra if you are behind your targets but it also depends on managers though. Managers can let you go or make you sit for extra hours.
