Working at capital small finance bank is really nice. Talking about job security and working environment, one can nicely learn and adapt things. The organisation secured position in India’s great place to work 2020-2021. Overall experience was really good. Got to learn things related to all aspects.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
