First few months during lockdown was crucial and Company did everything to help their employees and it was great. But as the restriction from Gov. of not to lay off employees was revoked, the concern of management towards their employees revoked as well. Many rapid changes were introduced without prior notice and finally in the nameof Pandemic Company announced layoffs with immediate effect. Overall experience was really good, but management's lack of planning and coordination with the base staff was something that could have been better....Read More

Dislikes

Higher management's way of working and implementing forced decisions under the face of policy, which mind you changes as per their mood, was something made working difficult. No major help from or support was shown let along be given.

Work Details

It was great, first training batch, first team, manager on floor support, was awesome and beyond words. Learnt a lot. Thank you.
