There is good flexibility in terms of career progression and finding the right fit. Since a good chunk of the revenue comes from very large enterprise customers, the bargaining power of the company is low and we're often pressured into taking sub-optimal decisions to satisfy or retain customers. This leads to an ever decreasing investment towards the vision and future, rather towards reactive moves based on customer requests.

Managers are forcefully asking to work on weekends because they are paying 10% extra. Also they are calling for return to office for 4-1am shift and also not providing the cabs

For a company that is all about Loyalty they don't appreciate employee loyalty in anyway. Work loads are consistently increased, when people leave replacements are not hired. There is 0 work life balance, compensation is well below industry standard and there is no recognition for work done. Also, there is an IIT elitist culture here.
