Just one thing as a location which we work but as per the client they ask us to shift it's not company one but it will be good if we get nearest office form our place as a base location

Working in Capgemini was really a good experience. The best part which I liked about Capgemini is I was the architect of my own career. Project Assignment was very quick for me. In my entire close to 4 years tenure in Capgemini I was never on bench. I had an excellent bonding with the client.

Appraisal and benefits Reward were less Even after upgrading my skills, I was never interviewed for any other projects.

Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.

Every year project get rolled off. There is no long time project. Worst management even you resigned no one will contact. Buyout option available here, but they will not get, have to stay all 90 days notice period.

The EPIP campus is well maintained and we have lots of stall for lunch, that's the good point. And we have good seating arrangements there.
