They are desperate for people at work because most don't stick with them. Cause they treat most of the employees extremely poorly. if you are a creative. It's an insult to work for them. They don't encourage talent. Money is the only language they understand. The owner is untalented & unskilled. They copy most designs from good designers. They are mostly into manufacturing. If you do something creatively on your own. They will bully you since they believe it's a waste of time to put time into creativity when it can be just copied. They want to sell the client exact copies of what they propose. No more thought on ideation but keep lying that they will get a "unique piece".
