He does not know anything about business, processes and execution. His own DR’s know this very well, but cannot do much because the CEO wants someone foolish for this role so that his position is safeguarded and there is no one who can replace him. If Sachin Dutta does not like an employee, the HR would do anything to throw that employee out for no good reason.
