Canara hsbc is a career oriented organisation where working culture is so ambitious with a freidnly culture with your seniors if it could be possible i would like to work with the organisation again in future.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
