Horrible IT Services. Shouting and abusive culture. Incompetent top management. No employee redressal. Too much groupism and politics. Low compensation. Over burdened with work, no work life balance. Required to work on weekends and holidays.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
