I worked Canara HSBC for more than 1 year. Most worst experience. No support from reporting manager and also regional manager. Bank managers always used to tell don’t work in Canara HSBC they are cheaters, they tell achievements recognition after archiving they will not do what they said. I worked year 1year, even a single time managers didn’t visit to my branches because Canara HSBC managers don’t have face to meet bank managers. Most worst company I have ever seen....Read More

Nothing at all!! The worst company you can ever work for. Toxic work culture and HR is a puppet in the hands of the management. Management says take this person out (because one manager does not like that person), and the HR for no good reason would do everything to throw that employee out for no good reason. Sachin Dutta - A manager who is made the coo (he does not even deserve a designation in capitals, he’s that bad) because he is good at buttering. He does not know anything about business, processes and execution. His own DR’s know this very well, but cannot do much because the CEO wants someone foolish for this role so that his position is safeguarded and there is no one who can replace him. A COO should have good people skills, should be inspirational, but he is a BIG ZERO at all this. Kiran Yadav - The HR is a puppet in the hands of the management. If Sachin Dutta does not like an employee, the HR would do anything to throw that employee out for no good reason. They would make some faulty stories, like to one employee they said that your department is getting closed.
