Nothing much only some Saturday Sundays are off not in all weekends

Dislikes

Worst at all the numbers one issue is sapience app people can't be stick to the seat for 8hours And this is not for all this is partiality all over the team.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
