Everything The work pressure they put is huge and the salary they provide is least. I worked under a guy named Sadham as my manager that guy is the worst of his kind. He won't take manpower or responsibility that idiot don't even know the process. 5 people have to take 1,000 calls a day that too that backend team will be asking toomuch of documents. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
