Th vision of the organization is in the hands of IITs IIM resources who are trying their best to transform the organization and are trying really hard to infuse and drive cultural shift .During the covid era the organization continued to pay salaries without any pay cuts ,did not exercise jobs cuts like other organisations.

Toxic Work Culture / Unsupportive No Growth's Prospect No Performance Review Mechanism at all levels Ineffective and Inefficient VPs - Leadership Disregard for Labour Laws ,Work hours guidelines Knowledge Sharing is always a challenge for existing employees HR is highly ineffective and Inefficient - Does not have any say and does not have powers and will to enact whatever is right.It's a toothless tiger in two words.
