Dislikes

There is no employee benefits, firstly there is no adequate bike parking for all the staffs. Lift service is very poor. Cafeteria space will be less. Always feel like you will be at ques (from ID card collect to submit while u resign). No one will attend employees queries and help.. When you raise any queries it will rumors across all the staff. But we don't get any solution..

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
