Everything to be disliked currently. From October 2021. Founders hired worst upper management people and keeps on changing frequently and when they start understand the process which took 5- 6 month for so called experienced persons they left and new management joins and try to change the things again without understanding anything with confidence.

No job security at all, people even get fired without any warning. No work-life balance, you are suppose to work for 10-12 hrs and sometimes more then that with 6 days working Management are handled by those who are in goodbooks of their manager, no matter how hardworking you are. Not good for people who are hardworking and looking for fair appraisals or promotions.

Management and and dominant managers who want to satisfy themselves with the feel of power. Only favouritism is done here, people who can impress manager and won't raise a voice for the team are in higher post.
