No job security at all, people even get fired without any warning. No work-life balance, you are suppose to work for 10-12 hrs and sometimes more then that with 6 days working Management are handled by those who are in goodbooks of their manager, no matter how hardworking you are. Not good for people who are hardworking and looking for fair appraisals or promotions.

Dislikes

Management and and dominant managers who want to satisfy themselves with the feel of power. Only favouritism is done here, people who can impress manager and won't raise a voice for the team are in higher post. Suggestions: don't apply for this job if you are hardworking and not good in saying yes to everything your boss says. No job security is there after working for 1.5 years they terminate people giving lame excuses even though if the worker is good at his work too
