Many..there is no work culture..there is no fixed policy..it keeps changing every day..they do illegal works.The TM abuses the writer, shouts and misbehaves..It is like harrassment day in and day out..there is no working hours..they text you even at night and expect to do work by burning the night oil. company supports the misdeeds of the manager and breaks every academic conduct known to man.many good writers left due to this and many more will.....Read More

1. Very lengthy and complex hiring process. 2. No Job security. 3. Need to complete monthly writing targets, or get fired. 4. No work life balance. Need to work on weekends as well. 5. No work-life balance, so much mental harassments by Team manager, initially the told one day week-off but after recruitment all days are working Monday to Sunday. Senior Project Coordinator Swagata doesn't know how to behave with colleague and always shouting on juniors behaving like she is the boss. If a task you shared in group it means you have the right to assign the task but she is so much greedy and will take the task from you and reassign by herself for extra money. Due to so much competition for earning extra money rather than salary She always frustrated in her work and this frustration converted into her rude behaviour on other employess. After all of this dirty competition if you can't meet daily targets they will terminate you from the company even in the probation period. Per assign 2/8 rupees which is lesser than my daily travel expenses. They text you even at odd hours for work. Nothing to learn from the work, simple task assigning and dirty politics is also there. No training session provided to the employee even after said in the offer letter, Uses a Chinese app which banned in India and also a VPN illegally, to get assignments from Chinese students. All the instruction/updates is in Chinese, so if any problem happens in app we need to wait for the reply from Team Manager who doesn't reply at all during office hours also. Senior Project coordinator doesn't have any grammatical knowledge, during training also she will misbehave like a hell. And HRs will not pay your incentive even after mentioned in the offer letter. Actually, I like the salary system. I learned so many things as a fresher and gained some experience. The office environment is also good. Work culture is also good.

Dislikes

One of the important things is pressure. Even if Sundays may be the working day if there is a deadline. You can't feel free for the entire week. I think there is much more pressure compared to other companies. But last thing is if you are earning 50k monthly then you have to take pressure.
