Where to begin and where to end. The interview is never ending. First of all they will ask you to take a test which will require minimum 5 to 6 hours, then there is a technical QA round after that there is an HR round and after that if you think you will get a job offer you are wrong Then they will send an email describing you have to attend a 7 day training session and post qualifying that you will get a offer letter but the catch is they can extend this training session as per their wish. After you accept the training schedule they will ask you to install a chinese app which is banned in India and they will ask you to install VPN as well. Now most of the instructions in the app are in mandarin so you will be clueless about the security and privacy policy. They will ask you to join a group which you can’t and then someone from the company will call you tell you are useless and ask for your password so that they can join on your behalf and you get the updates. Now there is a 3.5 day training in which they will teach you things you can google in 5 minutes and you have to give 5 tests in 3 days. After you pass this they will assign you a trainer who will again make you write countless essays and give you unworthy feedback telling “why there is an extra space, why the document is not typed in MS Word” and say there are a lot of grammatical mistakes where as if you see the comments they are itself ungrammatical. Now let me tell about the trainers They are 22 to 24 year olds with zero experience in Academic writing and will treat you like garbage. Their English pronunciation and grammatical knowledge are less than zero and whenever you counter them during the training they will misbehave and say “rules are rules”. There is no any fixed working hours, you have to work for minimum 16-18 hours in a day. Very strict and tough monthly Target. Lack in target completion leads to deduction in salary. Very Rude Branch manager.

The culture is worst. No work life balance is there. I used to work even after coming back from office. They used to claim that one week off will be there, but you still have to work on these days. These people will also blame you for not providing you with works during lean period. How are we supposed to get works if we are not assigned!!?? And how are we responsible for this??!! They will constantly pressurize you to complete your daily and monthly word count which is seriously not possible specifically for the lean period. And then suddenly one day you will be called and will be informed that you are laid off. Please be very sure that you have some back up before you join this company. ITS A COMPLETELY FRAUD COMPANY WITH NO ETHICS AT ALL. DO NOT JOIN. I WAS WORKING AS A FULL TIME WRITER. I HAD DEPENDENTS IN MY FAMILY, THEY KICKED ME OFF DESPITE OF REALLY GOOD PERFORMANCE JUST BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO MEET THEIR DAILY TARGET FOR A MONTH DUE TO SOME MEDICAL EMERGENCY AT HOME.

They will not provide you any justification that why did you not selected after clearing all tests. As mentioned by others, they really have a longggggggggg process to select academic writers. I have applied for the freelance academic writer. I completed all the steps and tests they asked to do. But after clearing the tests, they did not select me and did not give any justification for that. I even scored the passing marks. Everything,the training, the trainer, training medium.They will hire you telling that you will write papers on Information technology and then they will train you on basic english essays and when you will complete writing they will tell that you have copied them and forced you to rewrite again at 11.00 pm .I retracted the training on 4th day.Then they use a chinese banned app which you will need to download from the chinese website.Whatever salary they will promise to give during or before hiring they won't give one third of that....Read More
