Where to begin and where to end. The interview is never ending. First of all they will ask you to take a test which will require minimum 5 to 6 hours, then there is a technical QA round after that there is an HR round and after that if you think you will get a job offer you are wrong Then they will send an email describing you have to attend a 7 day training session and post qualifying that you will get a offer letter but the catch is they can extend this training session as per their wish. After you accept the training schedule they will ask you to install a chinese app which is banned in India and they will ask you to install VPN as well. Now most of the instructions in the app are in mandarin so you will be clueless about the security and privacy policy. They will ask you to join a group which you can’t and then someone from the company will call you tell you are useless and ask for your password so that they can join on your behalf and you get the updates. Now there is a 3.5 day training in which they will teach you things you can google in 5 minutes and you have to give 5 tests in 3 days. After you pass this they will assign you a trainer who will again make you write countless essays and give you unworthy feedback telling “why there is an extra space, why the document is not typed in MS Word” and say there are a lot of grammatical mistakes where as if you see the comments they are itself ungrammatical. Now let me tell about the trainers They are 22 to 24 year olds with zero experience in Academic writing and will treat you like garbage. Their English pronunciation and grammatical knowledge are less than zero and whenever you counter them during the training they will misbehave and say “rules are rules”. This company is highly unreliable and unprofessional with zero management coordination. The recruitment process was nothing short of a joke. The HR reached out to me with my provided details on Naukri.com. I was given a lengthy written test which took hours to complete. I qualified and appeared for the interview. Later the HR informed me that I didnt get through but since my CV suited the profile they would like to conduct another interview. I appeared for the second interview and was told that I got selected. They scheduled an evaluative online training session of seven days. I made all possible arrangements for the same, installed the req apps, planned my schedule accordingly and kept waiting on a monday morning. NOBODY TURNED UP FOR THE SAME. The HR didnt receive my calls neither replied to my mails. They didnt bother to do the least of informing the needful. Total waste of time. They don't pay you any money. Please please dont waste your time and join this company. They say training sessions and read out from some PPTs and daily conduct tests for which they do not ever give you evaluated marks. They make you do tasks as dummy tasks and loot your work's money from foreign countries.

They make you do the work as required by them and later reject you and say that we donot meet their company's expectations blah blah. Dont waste your time and dont join this company. I thought I can develop myself through academic writing but they teach you all nonsense stuff. They don't know a effing thing about academic writing
