1. No set process, no future planning, everyone wants everything on the same day. 12 hours of work excluding breaks is a common practice. 2. HR is worst. No transparency between the company and employees. 3. In the whole team meets, the CEO discusses the "biz" just to tell the company of the new course is launching. ( this is not a business update. There is no update on revenue, number of students/overall business, fundings which ideally every start-up do now. 4. No perks, no benefits, no laptop, no official email id. Basics are missing. 5. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Come only if you are in dire need of money and you are ready to compromise your health mentally and physically. The Management will ask you for feedback but wouldn't care to work on suggestions.

I am a person who loves teaching, and that was the main reason I joined Camp K12. Ever since I joined here, I never thought of leaving this organization. It is a great working experience as well as a great learning experience. My initial classes used to be a mess, but the quality team gave me good reviews and suggested different ways to improve them. When it comes to timings, they are very flexible. The team is very supportive, and I am truly content with the Camp K12 working style and work culture. I think Camp K12 truly justifies the name as the School of Future, as it not just provides an academic learning experience but gives a more holistic approach to the kids and parents to think out of the box while learning. One thing that makes me happy is that I am teaching and helping the students to create projects and sharing the knowledge that I have gained with the youngsters, who will later use this knowledge to make something more useful....Read More

I was hired as a developer but asked to be a curriculum designer and instruct in various camps. Being my first job, for me, it was an awesome exposure. I was given the chance to learn new tech and implement them in the easiest way possible. Office boy/House boy cook lunch for all the team members including the founder and CEO and everyone will eat together. Mostly the same food, but its good to eat together and no need to worry about ordering food online or carrying a lunch box....Read More

1. If you are late or not productive, the CEO will ask - "Are you working somewhere else"? 2. Too much micromanagement. The sitting arrangement was made in such a way, the CEO can surprise check what you are working on. 3. The moment you are about to leave for home, The CEO will ask you to stay for a while so that he can discuss random ideas with you. 4. You might be called randomly after hours just to check if you are at home or partying somewhere or working for someone else. Basically, CEO have insecurities. 5. You might be lying to the client or agreeing to the fake details CEO is mentioning to the client/new hires. 6. You might be asked to spend more hours without any pay raise. 7. In the end, if you resign after the probation period, you will be given a termination letter instead of an experience letter. 8. No company assets/goodies were provided And was asked to wear formals as my salary is credited, I should be able to afford to buy formal. 9. If you have to work at an workshop on Sunday, there will not be any compensation or bonus or paid leave. You have to join on Monday again. 10.
