Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent .there isa huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good . appraisals are fair and they good salary hike and Excellent.

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning , I learnt everything on the job . I got a chance to wear a multiple hats and that helped me get taste of different roles & got different opportunities to v

The only brand name which attracts the employees and due to saturation in plastic industry brand is deteriorating.

Dislikes

Senior members are not willing to adopt changes in the organization. The company product line is focused even if it is having various verticals. Job security zero. Always looking for unskilled labours at minimum cost. Career oriented employees, stay away.
