Big gap between mangement and shopfloor. Manaement have no vision with too late decisions. People are working in silos for self development without any team work. Group formation also exits

Teammates are mostly Cambodians are they are willing to learn and improve their skills.

Dislikes

There is too much politics looming around the company and working environment is very toxic. Monthly salary is good but end of service payment is very bad. The plant managers keep on changing as the previous keep on resigning. Department heads also keep on resigning and being replaced several times.

Work Details

I started working as Commissioning Manager during construction phase. Then, they hired me as section head of one department during operation phase. I work hard and almost everyday even during holidays. I am not payed overtime.
