Just the people working there are simple and honest and Cambay likes to make a fool out of them

Dislikes

The top management is a pure example of crony capitalist example. The company cares little about support teams like hr, recruitment or operations. They only like sales and technical employees who make a earning for them. The top management wants you to devote all 9 hrs without any learning opportunities to ensure you get no time forpersonal learning or you cannot get a certification. If you come late, your salary is deducted and manager would ask you to take half day, no pay for overtime. They ask you to leave suddenly and prepare in a conspiracy type to make your replacement. The work life balance is poor....Read More

Narratives of people working at cambay was very gud and the nature of peoples were also workable. Rest some of the team members were very arrogant and self obsessed that they don’t even count another employees.
