I thought It was Good To work with full Energy And Give Your Best With Full Effort But I was Wrong. I dont like anything About Cambay As They Dont think about employees when they Layoff Suddenly.

They Give No Time to Find Another job, They don't Have any Reason Why they are downsizing, They have Full Politics In Their Organization When coming to In Their Organization When coming to Downsize the Team. So, Don't Go and Work In Cambay.They don't Know how to Manage The Company.

Appraisals are horrible if you are lucky enough to get one. No benefits. No employee recognition of significance. Extremely toxic and political and toxic work culture. Just to save some people jobs, they will force you to resign or terminate you if they feel you are qualified enough to overshadow them. Top management is highly insecure.
