I did not like anything about them.

Dislikes

The HR of the org is extremely rude and she lacks sense. She really need to undergo soft skills training. She stopped taking my calls once the the partial payment was made. She acted like beggar in deducting whole amount of 1 file where she was supposed to deduct Rs 20.

Work Details

It is a translation company. They provide work from home jobs. But, they do not understand that when people work in remote models they might take extra time in doing jobs due to the pandemic. But, they straight away deduct the payment.

they cheat money also... we learn nothing about actual work... they ask to focus on english only.... they do not even know how the actual transcription work is

Dislikes

This company makes fake promises. They ask for more work and when the extra income money we earn they do not pay that. They do not even keep the record of an employee's record. When anyone works hard they force that person to work more and pay nothing. The old employee who works for 2 hours file a day will get an 8k salary and the new employee who can do only 30 minutes in a day will earn 10k. Bad behavior and really very bad management. If I say more and more that will be also too less for this company....Read More
