Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

There is nothing to like about CADTECH.

Dislikes

We worked here more than 2 yrs, They keep our orginal documents for 2 yrs. Those employees are working currently they also submitted their original documents. This is not a corporate office this is school, for any your PERSONAL things you need permission from Daulat Chavan. If you not ask him, he will take on ego. If you want leave you need to mention reason. If you are ill, you need to submit proof that you are ill. For the new joiners please ask them salary structure, leaves, bonus, incentive Daulat always pressurized you to work more than 12 hrs without any incentive & without any compensation. CADTECH never supporte his employees even don't care about employees. They pressurized you for billing hours specially Daulat....Read More

Management is not taking quick decision, chewing the issues intentionally. Due to nepotism and some kind of laziness of management impacts on existing projects and upcoming projects. All are (HR, and others) just a chair holder, They can't take decisions. Not getting support while we are on-site in other companies. Struggled for our TA & DA.
