Management is not taking quick decision, chewing the issues intentionally. Due to nepotism and some kind of laziness of management impacts on existing projects and upcoming projects. All are (HR, and others) just a chair holder, They can't take decisions. Not getting support while we are on-site in other companies. Struggled for our TA & DA. Company PF contribution and our bonus cut down from our salary. Developed team is sent to other companies and we need to develop another team for in-house projects.
