Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

the only good thing about the company is the founder of the company with lot of experience and leadership qualities. one thing to learn that he is always ready for any type of discussion i.e have great knowledge of the industry as well as Technology.

Dislikes

No learning there. coworkers are quite inexperienced in terms of knowledge as well as how to talk to others. No Professionalism is there.

It's a great company I have joined this company as a fresher and learn lots of technologies. Worked on many projects . Seniors are too cooperative and CEO mr.Deepak he is a kind and a well maintained person. I really feel proud to work in this company.

No any problem while working here. Just they never plan any trips for outing.
