C&I has a good team work frame, Training on a regular basis, job security is there, you cn your carrier with c&i leasing, travel arrangment ia always cordial and so on and work environment is conducive.

Dislikes

well, sometime we can not have everything the way we wanted it, atleast c&i try as much as possible to balance things, but salary increasement is what moltivate everyone to work harder. c&i should try and look into poor salaries.

Work Details

I work as a business development officer, I sort new client and discuss business and makesure closure, development of the company is all am after, taking c&i to a greater height as a Business development person is a thing I do with joy.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
