No, cons. Getting promotions was a bit of a wait, but that was probably the confusion that popped up during the pandemic. I think that the whole process would have been better had we not had to deal with getting the company off campus and working from home.

Lots of work and covid, along with work from home, can be slightly difficult if you are required to constantly stay logged in for long work hours and don't have a good internet connections.
